Base with 3/4 Brass BALL and STUD. You can install our Light fixture to UltraDent Stands. The Light comes with a mount - pivot head, 3/4 Brass BALL, and STUD. The Ball fit for Ultradenttools CLAMPING COLLAR.

Just replace the old fixture with a new LED Light. The photos and video can show different options for lights assembly.
