If you are looking for elegance. That has a dimmer switch on the cord. It's elegance at its best. I found this lamp in an estate with top quality antiques everywhere. The nicest clocks and a big grand piano.

In a rich neighborhood near my house. And everything was older vintage antiques.

This lamp looked beautiful in that home. When I got it, two of the lightbulbs were burnt out so I replaced them with LED newer lightbulbs. So you get two newer lightbulbs that last like 50,000 hours. They are dimmable also and they look nice so I would definitely change the lightbulbs to these LED lightbulbs if I was to keep this lamp. Because they look nice and they are low wattage and bright. I'm sending you all of the bulbs that you see in the pictures. That way you could plug it in and get ready to use it right away. But if you consider those LED bulbs.

It would be so much better for this older lamp. They don't heat up and they look great. I have lamps in my home that require the same socket and I switched to these LED bulbs and they worked beautifully. This lamp has a very nice dimmer switch built into the cord. It's a rotator type knob very friendly feel to it.

And it turns all the way off and all the way on and dims in between. One important thing that I would like to discuss is the cord. It's an original cord. Anything that I sell that plugs in is as is as found and should be carefully inspected by a qualified electrician prior to plugging it in your house. I'm not a qualified electrician, but the cord looks like it is in nice condition visually however it's old and again as is as found.

If any cord replacement needs to happen that's up to you. Again this is with every item that plugs in I sell. So make sure you inspect anything electrical about this lamp. I plugged it in and it worked nicely.

But I did not thoroughly inspect every inch of this cord or I didn't open up anything on the inside to make sure everything is safe so it's an old lamp. Because sellers sell used items.

But I don't assume any responsibility regarding the electrical of this lamp. I plugged it in and it seemed to function very nicely and I had no problems.

That's another good reason why you should use those LED type bulbs. They are low wattage and are not hot. Nothing is broken on the lamp.

Everything is in very nice condition. There is some patina, especially down near the feet of the brass. So look at the patina on the lowest part of the lamp. It looks like it'll clean off, but I didn't make any attempts to clean.

It has a lovely patina in my opinion. A rich unmistakably vintage beauty that's what i'm seeing. My opinion of this lamp is it is so pretty.

It's such good quality. And when I tell you, this is going to take me a long time to pack with care. I'm going to take my time and I'm going to pack this up beautifully. I'm sure of it. And they are a good shipper so please no POSTOFFICE boxes.
