Pre-owned Lutron switches where previously installed at high-end residential home and were subsequently all or most were swapped out due to the Painters neglecting to properly cover up the switches throughout the home and thus cosmetically making them un-appealing (even though the plate will cover it completely but I see both arguments) and so at the end of the day this, besides some very upset painters boss, is fully functional switches with over-spray during the install stage, original carton boxes are gone and don't have time to even attempt to refurbish. Priced for someone to be able to do just that or not at all but the mark-down I believe is fair, considering of course. Can and will bundle if interested these and others.
